REGISTRATION FORM 2025

For all medical staff PGY2 and above.

This is an all-day basic level echo course designed for beginners focusing on acquiring basic views, basic interpretation and limited measurement techniques.  Instructors are specialists from Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care and cardiac sonographers. Cost: $300 Includes lunch and tea breaks.

There are limited spaces available.  The registration form is attached above.  Please return a fully completed form to Peter.cheng@nh.org.au AND Jennifer.hall@nh.org.au and wait for your payment request.

You will be put on the waitlist for subsequent courses if you are unsuccessful in registering for this course.  Payments received are non-refundable.
