New Reconciliation Action Plan brochure-May-2024_compressed – May 2026 serves as a strategic framework to promote reconciliation by fostering relationships, respect and opportunities between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader Australian community. With two years of consultation to with the Aboriginal community, the plan enables us to deepen our commitment to reconciliation.

New First Nations Clinical Nurse Educator – Natalie Bloomfield commenced 10th June 2024. This is the first role of its kind for NH and will operate as a multidisciplinary role and sit with the Aboriginal Support Unit. The role will help to reconcile and close the gap in cultural service delivery with education.
