CLA ePortfolio

What is the CLA ePortfolio?​

An individual record of learning for PGY1 and PGY2 prevocational trainees across Australia. It will summarise the rotations and assessments completed, start-of-term discussions, mid-term and end-of-term assessments, as well as progress against Prevocational Outcome Statements (POSs) and Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs). ​

CLA FAQs

• In 2026 you are required to use the CLA to complete  – EPAs, Term assessments and beginning of term discussions. 
• Once forms have been submitted they cannot be edited. 
• Mid-term assessments and EPAs can be emailed to  supervisors – by entering their email and sending a link to complete – may go to spam folder​
• End Of Term Assessments can only be initiated by the Term Supervisor on the CLA.  Trainees can remind Term Supervisors to complete the form.
