FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
EPA’s
Q- When a registrar is completing the EPA does this need to be done in their account?
A- No, the EPA is best done under your login. The EPA doesn’t need their login imprint.
Q- Can HMO’s do our EPA’s as long as they’re PGY3 and above?
A- No, it should be PGY 3+ registrars (not HMO’s) i.e. at a higher level than you i.e. your supervisors or trained up EPA nurses or allied health
Q- For EPAs, the bottom box only says “Previous term supervisors/clinical supervisors” – is this where I put the supervisor for the EPA? There’s no other section
A- Yes put the name and details of who did the EPA with you there and they should also get an email stating they completed the EPA with you.

Q- Can a Registrar complete the mid-term assessment
A- Yes, a registrar can complete the mid-term assessment, you will need to enter their name at the top of the assessment and use the “email for later” option to send it to the Term Supervisor/Clinical Supervisor to sign it off.
Q– If our consultant completes the form on our login, do we still have to select the “email for later” option or can we submit directly?
A- You will still need to use the “email for later” option so that the Consultant can sign it off from their log in.
