BASIC Course:

• It is a two-day course designed to prepare participants to assess and manage seriously ill patients in the acute environment. The course consists of a course handbook, clinically-based lectures, skill stations, e-learning and pre- and post-course tests.

Target audience:

• Junior ICU doctors with little ICU experience.
• Trainees in medicine, surgery or emergency medicine.
• Any doctor who looks after critically ill patients.

Fees:

• $400 per person (including the course handbook).
