• Defining the key terms used in Advance Care Planning (MTDM, ACD)
• Communication tips and having difficult conversations with guest speaker, James Watt
• Identifying and understanding decision-making capacity
• Locating and utilising resources available to assist with Advance Care Planning throughout Northern Health
• Understanding the process of creating EMR Care Alerts, documenting in CPF and creating EMR Powerforms
• Having lots of fun along the way!
