Aged Care PCW (BECC)
Specialist geriatric medicine, evaluation and management ward. Providing medical care, stabilisation, slow stream rehabilitation to a predominantly multi-comorbid frail population. Attendance at monthly MMAE meeting. Liaise with multi-disciplinary team and community services for care of inpatients on the ward.
