Term Evaluation Surveys
Completing a term evaluation survey is an opportunity to provide feedback and help improve rotations for future junior doctors.
All feedback is anonymous and confidential. Responses are de-identified before summary data is shared annually with Heads of Unit.
Following feedback from junior doctors at the JMO Forum, term evaluation survey reports are now distributed annually rather than six monthly.

This change strengthens confidentiality by ensuring responses are fully de-identified before being shared with Heads of Unit, while still allowing themes and feedback to inform service improvements.

How to complete your evaluation:

Complete the survey at the end of each rotation

Select the Intern or HMO survey above

Choose the relevant unit from the drop-down list

If your rotation is not listed, email NorthernDoctorsEducation@nh.org.au to add to the term list.
We encourage honest and professional feedback about your experience. Your input drives meaningful change — for example, feedback from multiple evaluations supported the Vascular Unit employing additional HMOs.
