Diversity & Inclusion Committee
- Safety and inclusion are supported through a governance structure – Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
- The Committee has five working groups which promote equity of disadvantaged groups. Below is information about 3 of these working group committees.

- Rainbow (LGBTQIA+) Committee (intranet only) aims to create a workplace which is safe and inclusive for LGBTIQA+ staff and celebrates and acknowledges the strength in diversity. We aim to foster an environment and culture for our consumers which values their lived experience and engages with the community to develop, implement and maintain safe and inclusive best practice care.
